User submission of volunteer and event/funeral applications are operated by third-parties listed above. Information collected through the online application include name, address, telephone and email addresses, music history, school/work history, or other information ("Application Information"). Application Information provided through this process is submitted using a form on the third-party website, and subject to its privacy policy which you should review before providing information. Application Information that we receive will be subject to this Privacy Policy.
We do share User contact information with verified volunteers, event coordinators, and funeral directors after a volunteer has confirmed availability for an event.
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others.
We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes of organization promotion. We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out awards, newsletters, or surveys. We may share your information with these third-parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.
